1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or submitting a profile, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to register. Employer accounts must represent a legally registered organization.
3. Your account & content
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit (identity, CV, job listings). You grant Moroccan Agency the right to process, store, and share your data with prospective employers or partners solely to deliver the services you request.
3a. Candidate consent to share your profile
If you register as a candidate, you expressly authorize Moroccan Agency to use and share the details you submit — including your full name, email address, phone number, CV, cover letter, portfolio links, photos, and any video presentation or other media you upload — for the following purposes:
- Presenting your profile to prospective employers, recruiters, and hiring partners.
- Sharing your profile with education institutions and training partners for scholarships, courses, or study-abroad opportunities.
- Featuring anonymized or named success stories, testimonials, photos, and short videos on our website, newsletters, and social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X) to promote our services and open opportunities.
You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to any photo, image, or video you upload, and that its use as described above does not infringe anyone else's rights. This permission is granted worldwide, royalty-free, and for as long as your account is active. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing info@moroccanagency.com; we will stop new sharing and remove content from channels we control within a reasonable timeframe, though copies already delivered to specific employers or partners may be retained by them under their own policies.
4. Fees & paid services
Consulting, premium candidate plans, and employer subscriptions are billed at the price displayed at the time of purchase. Non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise on the checkout page.
5. Prohibited use
No unlawful content, misrepresentation, scraping, spam, or attempts to bypass security controls. Violations may result in account suspension.
6. No guarantees of outcome
We make reasonable efforts to match candidates and employers and to support visa processes, but we do not guarantee employment, visa approval, or any specific result.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moroccan Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
